Complaints and Appeals

Hello

If you have arrived at this page it is because we have failed to give you the level of service, training, assessment feedback or support you expected and for that, I would like to apologise. We have spent a lifetime in the caring professions, and we want to get it right. In your case, we have not provided you with what you expected or needed, and for that, I am sorry.

We would like the opportunity to try to remedy the situation for you, and as a learning organisation, we need to learn from our mistakes and accept constructive feedback about how we could do better.  If you can let us know the issues that have affected you in your dealings with us, I can assure you that your feedback will be taken seriously and acted upon.

Once again, I would like to say I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
