Job
Tasks and Responsibilities
As a local First Aid trainer/assessor, you will:
- Travel to client’s workplaces or training venues, so a reliable vehicle is essential.
- Deliver face-to-face training sessions that are educational, engaging, and enjoyable.
- Build and grow your own business with our support and mentoring, offering flexible work options that fit your lifestyle.
We supply all necessary training resources and equipment, including laptops, projectors, CPR manikins (adult, child, and infant), and other training aids such as EpiPens, placebo asthma puffers, and bandages.
Requirements for First Aid Trainers
- A positive attitude and the ability to connect with adults in an educational setting.
- Current and extensive practical First Aid experience.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or a higher qualification in education) – this is mandatory.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Demonstrated experience in presentation and facilitation.
- A ‘Working with Children Card’ or the willingness to obtain one if successful.
- Current industry experience.
- A reliable car is a must.
